tengo una cuenta con +80€ de saldo en steam que no voy a usar y lo vendo con un 25% de descuento.

La transferencia del saldo, se haría a través de una transacción del market, donde la cuenta que lo va a recibir pondría un objeto a la venta por el saldo que quiere y yo se lo compraría con ésta cuenta.
