CachyOS ignoró al Open Gaming Collective y ya es la segunda distro más usada en Steam


Un 14,31% de los usuarios de la encuesta de hardware de Steam ya usan CachyOS, solo por detrás del 22,24% de SteamOS. CachyOS es una distribución Linux gaming que prescinde de Playtron y se quedó fuera del Open Gaming Collective (OGC). Este colectivo se anunció el 29 de enero, y meses después CachyOS sigue creciendo pese a esa ausencia. Bazzite, uno de los miembros fundadores del OGC, se queda en 7,73%, y Nobara en 1,65%. El listado inicial del OGC incluía a Universal Blue con Bazzite, Nobara, ChimeraOS, ASUS Linux y PikaOS, entre otros. CachyOS no aparecía en esa lista.
