El remake de The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time permitirá tocar con una ocarina física las melodías que Link aprende durante la aventura. El accesorio no se conectará a Nintendo Switch 2 mediante cable ni Bluetooth. La consola escuchará las notas a través de su micrófono integrado. En la práctica, el funcionamiento de el time de la ocarina de Zelda se basará en el reconocimiento de sonido, no en una conexión directa entre instrumento y consola.
